ACTIVITIES:

Congrats to the following boys track athletes that qualified for Sectionals at Waukesha North on Thursday. Dylan Chmura in the Discus and Shot Put. Marcus Kelly in the Discus. Dyson Chmura in the 100 and High Jump. The 3200 Relay team of Brian Warras, Robert Bell, Tyler Benson and Ean Aleson.

Attention all current and past Trends students. Tomorrow, May 23rd is the last day to hand in order forms for your super cool Trends tshirt. If you don't have a form, go to web grader, blackboard, or see Mrs. Corrao. Time is running out!

All those students who applied to be a mentor for the 2013-2014 school year ----- You need to subscribe to the Remind 101 program per the handout delivered to you Monday and Tuesday of this week and respond to your email from last week. Those students who have not completed the Remind101 subscription by this Thursday, May 21 will no longer be considered a mentor. If you have any questions, don't hesitate, please come see Mrs. Dominick.

Attention Seniors: Project Graduation pre-sale tickets can still be turned in thru Thursday, May 23rd. Tickets will also be sold outside the Main Office on the following days and times: Tuesday, May 28th 7:30-8:15; Wednesday, May 29th 10:00-12:40; Thursday, May 30th 7:30-8:15 & 10:00-12:40 and Friday, May 31st 7:30-8:30.

Hey Wolverines, the Westaurant is back! On Wednesday May 22nd the West Chefs will be selling their popular Calzones, Oreo Blizzards, and a new surprise flavor of Blizzards Also included on the menu: Bacon Cheeseburgers, Fries, Cheese Fries, Chicken Caesar Salad and Strawberry Lemonade. Be there, Wednesday May 22nd, in the band hallway. West Chefs will be serving during all lunch hours. Check it out!!

Attention students attending the Athlete Leadership Field Trip: Please remember to report to the auditorium lobby Thursday morning no later than 7:40am. The busses will leave West HS promptly at 7:50am. Please dress for the weather with athletic shoes. If you would like, an empty water bottle along with something to write with would also be appropriate. If you have any questions, please see Mr. LeMieux.

Interested in winning a Kindle eReader this summer? Ms. Welch from the Waukesha Public Library will be outside the cafeteria during all lunch hours onThursday May 23 to provide information about the Teen Summer Library Program where you COULD WIN a KINDLE eReader! She will also have information about Ilsa Bick, author of Ashes, Draw the Dark, and Shadows, who will be visiting the Public Library in July. Bick is from northern Wisconsin.

All Library books are due by Tuesday, May 28th. All Textbooks are due by June 3rd.

Attention Intergenerational Book Discussion Students: A reminder that our Intergenerational Book Discussion (IGBD) is on Tuesday, May 28th beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending at 8:55 a.m. in the Media Center. Please bring you book to be returned.

The Library will be closed for Study Hall during 1st hour on Tuesday, May 28th.

The Library is closed for all Study Halls on Wednesday, May 29th.

STUDENT SERVICES:

Everyone is invited to attend Senior Celebration Night on Tuesday, May 28 at 6:30pm in the auditorium. Come recognize the academic and athletic achievements of our seniors. A reminder that all award winners should meet at 6pm in the library; dress appropriately. Thank you.

Check out the seating charts for graduation. You can find them located outside the guidance office, at the bottom of the main hallway stairs and at the end of the main hallway by the drama department. Information regarding graduation can be found on the front of the West website.

The Air Force recruiter will be visiting West outside the cafeteria during lunch hours on Wednesday, May 22. Stop by for more information if interested.
