Care to Coordinate? Volunteers Needed!

The Banting Elementary PTO depends on you to be
successful each and every year. Please consider volunteering
for at least one hour this school year.


SILENT AUCTION & PANCAKE DINNER NEEDS
DONATIONS & PLENTY OF VOLUNTEERS!

If you, or someone you know, would like to make a product/service donation for our Silent Auction & Pancake Dinner to be held on Friday, November 12th, 2010 from 6-8:30pm in the Gymnasium/Cafetria, please contact Maureen Ferguson, Silent Auction Coordinator at maureen.ferguson@kohls.com or Deborah Zeurcher, Pancake Dinner Coordinator at dzuerche@waukesha.k12.wi.us.

This event needs many volunteers for set-up, serving food, running cash registers, clean-up and more. Please consider helping out for at least one hour. You would still be able to enjoy the event with your family while making this a successful event!


New Coordinators are also needed for many of our Ongoing Fundraisers. Please check the Ongoing Fundraisers page for a list of more volunteering opportunities. These fundraisers are perfect for parents who are not able to spend a lot of time volunteering at school, but have extra time at home to help our fundraising efforts.


The PTO also encourages you to send us your fundraising ideas! If you have an idea, would like to volunteer/coordinate an event or have any questions, we'd LOVE to hear from you! The PTO is always looking for new and innovative ways to raise funds for the General Fund or Special Requests budget. Feel free to contact Kim M.
