Welcome New Families
New families to our attendance area
should phone the school as soon as possible; 262-970-1805 for
the Principal's Secretary, Mae Muehl or 262-970-1810 for the
Principal, Bonnie Schlais. After contacting the school you may
print the packet below, by clicking on the link below, complete the
forms, and then deliver them to the school office. Enrollment
forms are also available in the school office and can be picked up
from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. All enrollments require proof of
birth; certificate of birth, baptismal certificate, or passport.
Proof of residency is also required. This can be a driver's
license, utility bill, lease agreement, etc. Upon
receiving the completed enrollment forms and proper documentation,
your child/ren will the be enrolled and assigned to a class.
