Conferences 2009 - 2010 FIRST
SEMESTER "Teacher
Listening" Conferences WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th -- 4:30 - 7:30
P.M. First Quarter Progress Conferences: (November) THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19th -- 4:30 - 7:30 P.M. Mid -
Third (end
of February) TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd -- 4:30 - 7:30 P.M. We will be sending a letter to all parents early next February
about conferences. Parents may
indicate they wish to be scheduled for a conference, or teachers will select
some students for a conference. Progress reports will be sent home for students who are not making
satisfactory progress at the mid-point for each quarter. Report cards
will be sent home with all 1 - 6th grade students at the end of each quarter. Randall
teachers will schedule each parent for three conference appointments.
However, parents and teachers are encouraged to communicate whenever the need
arises using telephone, notes or "in person" conferences. LAST
