ACTIVITIES:

Sadies tickets go on sale TODAY for $10. They will be on sale for all three lunches today through Friday. Don't delay in purchasing your tickets.

The following students are going to be honored and recognized at the Scholastic Art Awards this Saturday at the Milwaukee Art Museum: Zihan Liu received an Honorable Mention for her still drawing in charcoal. Alexis Graf received an Honorable Mention for her digital photograph. Amanda Bowers received a Gold Key for her charcoal drawing.
This is a huge honor and students from all over Wisconsin compete for these awards!! Make sure you congratulate these award winners!!

NHS Informational Meeting: Attention Juniors and Seniors….. there will be an informational meeting for all interested participates in National Honor Society on Wednesday, February 8th at 3 pm in the Media Center. After the fall semester of your junior or senior year, any student who holds at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average is invited to participate in the process of the membership selection. Students will be able to pick up activity forms at the informational meeting. If you have additional questions please see Ms. Giunta in room E001 or F020.

Do you have your own band? Are you interested in performing at this year's MUC Show? MUC stands for Musicians United for Charity. Come to Mr. Jonas' room on Thursday the 9th at 3:00 for an informational meeting.

Hey Wolverine fans, come on out to the West Fieldhouse on Friday night and cheer on your boy's basketball team as they play the conference leading Milwaukee Pius Popes in a key Classic 8 Conference game. The freshmen game is at 4:15, sophomore game is at 5:45 and the Varsity tip-off is set for 7:30pm.

The Cadets of Waukesha West Marching Band is announcing tryouts for next year's Colorguard. Color Guard tryouts will be held on the evenings of February 6, 8, and 12. Students must attend all three dates. Please see Mr. Duffy for a detailed information sheet.

The library will not be available for ALC or study hall students hours 1-8 on Friday, February 3rd.

Attention Seniors: Are you interested in planning your graduation? Are you interested in planning an end of the year senior outing. Please see Mrs. Ortega in C0-20 this week to sign up for Senior Board this week,.

Parking tickets will be issued beginning Monday, January 30. Purchase your parking permit now. Please make sure all of your financial obligations have been met. Parking ticket fines have increased so hurry and get your permits. See Mrs. Salminen in the Main Office.

GUIDANCE:

Students in 11th and 12th grade interested in the Youth Options program, applications are available in Guidance. These forms are due back to your counselor by March 1.

Students, please check the foyer outside guidance for important dates regarding college rep visits, college open houses, and military recruiting times. Information is updated frequently, so please check postings often.
