1993 - West Opens
Waukesha West opened with over 100 classrooms and labs, an impressive co-curricular complex with more than 55 acres of space that includes a football stadium with an 8-lane track, 2 baseball fields, two softball fields, two soccer fields, eight tennis courts, a fieldhouse, a natatorium, and numerous practice fields to service many co-curricular offerings.
2002 - Our First National Championship
The Academic Decathlon team became overall National Champions.
2011 - One of the Best in the USA
The June 19th edition of Newsweek has listed West as a top 500 high school in America.
2013 - New Website Makeover
Streamlined, yet full of information. This new design keeps all platforms in mind, including mobile devices.
2016 - Once again...One of the Best in the USA
The August 11th edition of Newsweek has listed West as a top 500 high school in America, AGAIN!
